Virgin media have trespassed on my late grandmothers property and installed cabling and cutting across the lawn without authority and despite almost two hours on the phone no one will tell me why they have committed an act of vandalism! The house belongs to my parents who are very upset by the mess made of the front garden. It is a freehold property, with no one resident, currently for sale. My grandmother passed away 18 months ago so certainly did not request it and every person I speak to wants me to provide an account number?! Can anyone tell me how I can address this?
