I’ve been trying to ring through to virgin for the past week to cancel my package with them. The service is disgusting. Waiting on hold for over half an hour only To be cut off straight away. Anyone would think they’re trying to make it difficult for you to leave.
How can I cancel my package, is there an online form or an email?

The quickest method is by calling around 8am if possible when lines first open and are least busy.
If you don't want to be tied up on the phone you could also use WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112. This often takes 4-6 hours.
