Trying to leave

Anyone else having huge troubles getting through to technical team?  Been on the phone now for 1hour 36 minutes after waiting originally being told that I would be put straight through to the cancellation team.....still waiting and losing my patience. All I want to do is terminate my contract due to price hike on the 21.01.21.
