Trying to get the O2 priority working

I have Virgin Broadband and I have downloaded the priority app. It varied my Virgin account but it says invalid auth token! 

Any ideas what I should do?

I find the app flakey and bookmark the web site version instead https://priority.o2.co.uk/offers?category=offers
