Re: Transfer responsibility of a contract.

Hello

If a contract is transferred to another person then you are not classed as a new customer, what would have been the best option would be for the previous account holder to close the account and then you start your own contract hence becoming a new customer.

Re: Transfer responsibility of a contract.

Sounds like you may have misunderstood. You can have a new package as in changing what package you have - what you can't get is the new customer deal, as the account will only ever have one of these, and as you took over the account its already had it.

So the options will be the standard pricing deals.

Re: Transfer responsibility of a contract.

Hi Nageena,

Thanks for using the forums to get this explained for you. The information that has been given above by the other users is correct.

You are not classed as a new customer if you do a transfer of ownership.

Sorry for any inconvenience this caused.

Thanks,

Megan_L
