I would like to say thankyou to a very helpful Virgin employee called Shaun (sorry didn't get his surname but he was Scottish). Shaun put in so much effort to try and help me with an issue I had with our WiFi and the app not recognising we had Virgin broadband. He did his best to try and find the answer, contacted Technical, said he would call me back.....seriously thought I'd never hear back. Shaun then called me back twice AND resolved my original query. Virgin Media I hope you recognise your great employee....he saved you a customer. Thankyou Shaun!!
