I have been a VM customer for a great number of years, and although they have had their faults from time to time, overall the service has been OK.

This week, and for the first time, to my knowledge, I was sent a text warning me that due to works in my area [31] there may be some disruption to my service, this was sent on a Monday morning warning me of the possible outage on the following Friday.  On Thursday they sent me a reminder, and texted me again early Friday evening informing me that the work was completed, and providing me with a link which gave me instructions how to reboot my hub. [ not needed as there was no disruption to my service ]

As far as I am concerned this is exellent service, and goes a long way to make up for any shortfalls in service over the years.
