I would like to say a big thank you to the VM customer service team this morning for being so patient with me, I rang several times and the staff were really helpful, I can’t hear very well and can’t express myself very well either, and at times I must be insufferable, thanks all for being helpful and understanding. (I wrote on here as I didn’t know where else to say thanks) Christine x
