I sent my kit back to virgin on the 31/08/2019 via collect plus but for the last few day i keep getting texts and emails saying if I don’t return my router in 9 days I will be charged £40!!! What should I do as I can’t find the receipt. I sent something back to Superdry at the same time via collect plus and was refunded for it on the 5/9/2019 so why are virgin saying they are still waiting for there stuff??? Do they do this often?
have you checked everywhere for your receipt? It will have a tracking number so we can track the status.
Chances are we may have received it and are just waiting for our Receiving Department to process the details internally through to our systems. Once received and scanned through to our system, any charges will be removed from your account.
Sometimes our texts messages are sent out via the system which overlaps us receiving the delivery. I would suggest that you give it an extra week to allow the process to go through and we'll be able to check for you.
