Text Relay Number

Hi,

I'm trying to find a way to contact Virgin  and as I have a hearing impairment i tried using the Text Relay number, 18001 0800 052 2164 from the website using NGT but I get a message that number is not valid with them.

All I want to do is sort out my account as I cancelled my account yesterday with the help of my son but it seems they still want to charge me £27 / month.

Can someone please advise how I can either complete the contract closure or contact someone at Virgin other than by talking on the phone.

Used the online chat hopefully all sorted although still don't know why the Relay Text didn't work.
