Why does Virgin Media make it so difficult to end a contract? I've just spent one and three quarter hours waiting for my call to be answered, only to be cut-off without getting through. So now I've got to go through the whole process again, and still with no guarantee that anyone will answer my call. It is a disgrace. I would never recommend Virgin Media to anybody. Once they have you in their grasp they will never let you go. I know for sure that when I eventually get through and end my contract, I will never come back.
