Hi I have not been on the forum for quite some time.I have noticed that we could have paused our BT Sport during COVID.I wasn't aware of this. Was there a notification sent to customers? I certainly would have taken advantage of this had I known about it.

It was over the virginmedia website and also here in forums as far as I am aware it was never emailed / posted to customers, and I am afraid that it now cannot be done after the fact.
