I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years now (wow! that makes me feel old!), and have seen many 'name' changes (NTL and Star View stick in my mind for some reason), BUT the main reason I have stuck by this company is because they have ALWAYS treated me with kindness and understanding and I would just like to say, "THANK YOU for all that you do!"
Over the years, I have had many frustrated family and friends complain about their services and I ALWAYS suggest they move to Virgin, explaining ALL the good things that I have first-knowledge about; and of those who did as I suggested have always come back to me a much happier person.
