Still waiting for a response

I am trying - without success to contact someone I can discuss my contract with which finishes this month. I don't want to upgrade I want to reduce the package to make it more affordable . I have tried the text number and go continually in circles passed from pillar to post then ignored as it gets more difficult to get a straight answer from Virgin . A community is only good when it works for the community and not just for the business befitting from it

the community works at the level and access that VM allow - the staff here cannot help with account questions so as difficult as it is at the moment your only [good] option is the phone

in normal times this works - as soon after 8am is best

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre
