Silentgard

Just had my adaptor through from Virgin for when my phone line changes in July.  Does Virgin know that the leaflet gives Silentgard telephone number which does not work?  I have read on here that the web page isn’t working either?

This has been mentioned before (which you may well have seen already)

https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Home-Phone/SilentGard/td-p/5176414

and seemingly the service is/was defunct. No surprise that 7 months later and VM is still sending out the same info.

VM has little/no interest in correcting or updating these kinds of errors, unfortunately. See below for other examples

Hi hagus,

Thanks for posting, and welcome back to the Forums.

I'm sorry to hear the information on the Landline Migration information booklets is incorrect. I've raised this with our Communications Team, who will look into this further and work to resolve the written error.

Cheers,

Reece - Forum Team
