Is it just me ...

Or has anyone else noticed that Sky's supposedly 'new' channels - Showcase & Max - are practically showing the same programs with the odd variation?

Clearly, is it a scam by Sky, trying to fool us into thinking we're getting more than before ???

Sky Showcase is apparently to the entertainment genre, what the Main Event channel is to sports.

In other words, a simulcast of the popular stuff.

Otherwise, just standard & typical marketing I'm afraid....

Basically, rather than giving us two 'brand new' channels (four if you count SD & HD)

We basically have four Sky 1's ...
