Reward not received

So after what will soon be day 42.. I’ve still not had even a simple email stating a delivery date or dispatch of the Xbox which was part of my package incentive.

No tracking, no date, no company other than virgin to chase the ever annoying issue. It’s completely outrageous... and it seems a regular issue from what I’ve read.

If it’s such an issue to complete these incentives in the timescale you state then why offer them at all.

Hello

If you check at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-free-gifts it will tell you what to do if you joining gift has not been received after 28 days.
