Returns label not sent

I cancelled my Virgin Media contract and it was disconnected on 3 June 2020. Despite repeated requests I still not have not received my returns envelope. I've tried calling and online messaging but no one is responding. This is getting ridiculous. Please help.

Hello

Currently VM are not sending out returns packages to limit the amount of time outside of the house due to lockdown, what will happen is that an engineer will contact you to arrange a doorstep pickup of the returned equipment.

Thanks Mike, very helpful. Any idea how long before an engineer will contact me or should I use the drop-off service?

Hello

There is no drop off service at the moment, if you are talking about the VM stores then they no longer exist as they have been closed. How long you would have to wait for a VM staff member to pick up the post to answer that one.

We got an update about this at the start of the week, our equipment returns have restarted  this week. 

 

Would you like me to arrange for the packaging to be sent out to you today?
