Returned virgin equipment 2 weeks ago almost,and they are still saying not received,and threatening to charge,
I have receipt for when it was sent,
who on Earth do I contact,as seem to be going round in circles at moment.
Thanks for posting. I am sorry for the confusion regarding the equipment charge. It can take upto 2 weeks for us to receive it, scan in, and assign it to the relevant account. At that stage any applied charges if they were applied would be removed.

actually got email today saying it has been received,and any charges will be returned,
does seem somewhat strange it takes 18 days in my case to be processed,if that is the case
why don’t Virgin Media give customers enough time for items to be processed,before applying charges,

You should receive your returns kit within 10 days from disconnecting your account, we would then send reminders before applying a charge for a non equipment charge.
