Just been replied to that the £50 payment for refer a friend is a credit to my account and not paid directly. If this is the case why have I been asked for either bank details or PayPal? Then why have I been told there’s an issue with PayPal and it will be sorted soon? Asking for unnecessary details is surely a breach of my data protection rights.
I don’t believe I’ve been miscommunication with as my “friend” was paid into they’re bank account so why have I been ignored and expected to settle for a credit to my account. This needs looking into ASAP and addressing. A credit to my account. Is unacceptable.
