Recontract

I have TV, broadband & phone. My bill has gone up so much, can I re-contract at cheaper monthly rates?  
My son may also want a box in his room, at what extra cost?

Call it in -- 08.00 is the best time - although people are still reporting getting through ok at other times. Go to “Retentions” on 150 or 0345 454 1111 - options 1-1-4-4- "Thinking of leaving" when you should get through to the people who can help you.
Try and renegotiate a new package that has everything you want at a price that you think is reasonable - they will do this in lieu of you agreeing a new 1yr contract
