Received incorrect email.

My broadband was installed earlier this morning. Before the technician left, I was given a pamphlet that said on the back: "You'll get an email from our partners at Medallia soon to ask for your thoughts - it'll be from Virgin Media & Medallia from this email: YourOpinion@survey.virginmedia.co.uk".

However, I received something completely unrelated: "We're sorry to hear you've decided to leave Virgin Media, we'll be really sorry to see you go. Before you leave, we'd appreciate it if you could answer some questions about the way we handled your request so we can make improvements wherever we can."

I didn't want to call Virgin Media about this niche error, so instead I made a Community account to ask about it here. How can I leave feedback for my technician?
