I have problem with that as well 🫣 I set up that password probably 9 years ago and now cannot do nothing without it 🤨🤨🤨

If you are unsure of the memorable word set up, the team can ask the account holder some alternative security questions.
If these are answered correctly, they can re set the password for you.
