Virgin should at least reply to this! I think Virgin overcharges, especially considering the poor customer service and the fact that its own costs are unlikely to be rising at anywhere near the rate of customer price increases. Unfortunately, in areas like mine, it has a monopoly on fast broadband.

The post that you are responding to was added to a thread from Jan 2021, if i recall correctly, and has subsequently been separated out by someone with the necessary permissions to do. The post does not about to be about TyneBridges virginmedia account.
