Have tried for the last 2 months to contact CS, phones they don't seem to answer as each time I have phoned I have had to put the phone down after an hour. As for emails that has also been a waste of time. Impossible to even contact them stating I now want to leave.

I have been advised 8am is a good time to call , with a better response time

I did say I was working tomorrow but luckily have just been informed that I am on reserve so 8am is great.
