Property damage

I’m looking for details on how to raise an insurance claim due to damage to my property by one of your vans whilst attempting to perform a multi-point turn on my driveway. I have the drivers details and photos. I’m not a virgin media customer.

Re: Property damage

You report this to your insurer and let them handle the incident.

Re: Property damage

You should never ever do the work yourself, it’s up to the insurance company to do it once you have supplied details of vehicle. You should not contact VM. It has been known in the past for claims to fail due to people interfering with the normal process.
