Can we have Fair prices for existing fibre broadband customers 264gb for £60.50 while new customers £30.5

To add to this, you only need look at the insurance industry where new-customer-discounts were made unlawful a couple of years ago. That's often cited as one of the reasons for the increase in premiums currently being experienced across home & car insurance.

In a word, no.

You aren't a new customer, so you don't pay new customer prices which, as mentioned above, are designed to lure you in and VM hopes you'll continue to use their services at the higher none new customer prices.

Leave for 90 days, then re-join as a 'new customer'.
