Contract complete and bill risen by £28 .

checked offers but none even though there are Black Friday deals on offer.

will hone but last time I got a call centre who weren’t helpful at all.

are any of you experiencing the same.

thats the deal - you get a good price for a year then the real price kicks in - give retentions a ring they will try to do something usually 

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre
