Price rise

Virgin Media has issued an urgent message to its customers saying that it is "making some changes" to its prices and services. The multi-media provider said customers have until April 11 to change or cancel their package it they are unhappy with the news.

Looking at the above story it certainly looks like these criminals are intent on keeping anyone from cancelling , lots of customers complaining that they are unable to cancel , and are either being cut off the phone , or being told that they have missed the 30 day deadline !!!   Shocking  !!!!!!!

How many out there have still not received a letter or email notification yet ???????
