I have been with virgin media for 30 years I phoned and asked if I could just have the broadband, 350 my son-in-law pays £32 my sister pays £34 and they want to charge me £48. How does that work? Can someone from virgin media? Please tell me how this can be

That's the normal full price of the package - the others will still have a discount applied to their packages

25 years me spoke to them yesterday for 350mb which is in offer for £27 told new customers only wanted to charge me £34.
Also offered me all tv with 2 boxes cinema bt sport all sky sport Netflix everything they have Hd uhd etc for £64 including 1GB speed with the 5 router
