I have received an email from Virgin informing me about the price rise. It mentions
However, this 2023 price increase won't affect you until your current price offer ends. The full price of your package will then increase by £15.00 a month, subject to the new pricing terms referred to below. If you'd like to check when your offer ends, please refer to your bill.
I tried calling the call centre to get clarity if the price offer means end of contract or irrespectively it will go up on 1st May?
Unfortunately no one in th call centre definitely can say anything and have been passing me around saying systems are down.
Can some one knowledgeable help me ?
