Poor Service

Been trying on and off for about four months to contact VM regarding broken second box and poor internet. Have carried out diagnostic checks a few times. 

Has anyone else been on the web chat only to be told it may be four hours, to be then contacted 17 hours later (when not near web chat) and then starting all over again. Has happened to me four times.  
Then sent email twice asking me to review the service. 
I have no landline phone and do not want to be charged to wait 18 hours on my mobile.

Can anyone advise on how to contact VM or get a reply.

Cost me £70 so far paying for a box that doesn’t work.

 The VM number 0345 454 1111 is a national rate number which is included in most allowances.  If it's not included in yours then try calling freephone number 0800 052 0422
