Poor poor poor an never get to chat got a reply 17hrs later but still didn't get any further. A customer of many years and if I'm not offered the deal at £28.99 for 200+ broadband and o2 sim I'm off

I can't see any deals offering 200+ broadband and o2 sim for £28.99 per month.

There is an offer (new customers only)  which costys £29.99 per month for M250 and an O2 sim which is £44 per month out of contract price. The out of contract price is what current customers would pay unless they managed to negotiate a new deal. 

You are better off using the phone rather than online chat - phone calls always take priority.

Call 150 from a Virgin Media home phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone. You need to speak to Retentions (thinking of leaving)

It's best to call around 8am when lines first open and are least busy.

You can also write and cancel (preferably send it by registered (signed for) post ))  to  Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA, include your name, address and account number.
