Please can we have a survey for our new home


im hoping someone will be able to give some guidance please?

we have been virgin media customers from day one and have generally been very happy with service provided. However, we are moving house and even though our new address is connected to VM because our new house was not built at the time of VM cable installation in street and also we have a long driveway, we have been told we will not be able to have VM installed. 
We are very disappointed with the rather abrupt response and wondered if anyone from VM could possibly come out to check this out as we’d really like to stay with VM? We are not VM engineers but this looks to be such a simple job to connect and hope with just a little effort we can remain with VM. 

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
