Package movements without contracts

Why should I need to sign a new contract when I’ve been with virgin for years?

Re: Package movements without contracts

Virgin give you a deal, you give them a promise to stay with them for a set period, seems fair

You dont need to sign a new contract.  The existing one will just continue on a "30-day notice" rolling basis - in perpetuity.  However, if you change your package and/or add extra equipment, that usually auto-starts a new 18 month contract on the agreed new terms.
