Package changed by virgin without consent. And over charged £140
Ours was £40.99 a month. Someone at virgin media changed it to £77 without our consent or permisssion. Our first bill was £154 then second bill was £77. We’ve called them twice to be told it’s been changed and as they can’t refund it, our account would be credited until Jan 2021. It hasn’t.
we were billed another £74 and called again to be told they had put £100 credit onto the account. Yet they’ve taken another £74. Now we’re owed £140.
We don’t know how at virgin media changed our parched from £40.99 to £77 a month. We can’t afford this and never chose it. Virgin media are within breach of contract. it’s impossible to speak to someone.

Hi the only people that can help are virgin staff, and as this is a public forum they won't comment on here, your best course of action is to phone and go down the thinking of leaving us route you will get through to someone in the UK who will hopefully help you. Regards Micky
