Overcharging

I have been charged £7/month for 3 years for an additional TV box that I have not had. Rumi Singh, the floor manager that I spoke to, refused to reimburse these charges. She said that I should have checked my bill on their website and informed them. However, the charge for the additional box is not individually itemised on the bill. Has anyone had any success getting compensation in a similar situation?

Hi SJG49,

 

I am sorry to hear you have been incorrectly charged for a TV STB that you don't have. 

 

How long had the charges been recurring on your account for and did you ever order a second STB or make any package changes at the time of when the charges began?

The charges started 3 years ago when I switched to a TiVo box.
