Despite texting, tweeting, emailing, complaining - all possible things I can do to get help, I have been charged £115.50 instead of £72.50 for the 4th consecutive month. It was supposedly sorted on 4th August through the text service and I was told my bill would be zero for next 3 months. Two weeks later, we got another bill for £115.50. Then an email to say sorry for the error and hope it’s been sorted. It has not!! Both my partner and I been made redundant, are unbelievably stressed in the current situation and simply can not afford these errors. We are so desperate. Can anyone help? My texts to Virgin are now being ignored.
