Se13 broadband went down yesterday unable to contact virgin customer service self test says no problems then when I run router test it states service outage in the se13 area no updates can anyone confirm outage before I start playing with equipment my end ?

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended.

Thanks checked with neighbour also service down but decided to factory reset hub  4 then put back in modem mode . Fired up straight away .
