I've not seen this posted anywhere else, but BT have now ditched offshore C/S entirely. EE had already done this since a few years and were entirely UK-based.
Somehow I don't see Virgin doing this anytime soon, but it'd be nice to hope.

There were offshore call centers within VM before LG came along.
Its a business decision they work out cheaper, even with all the issues/complaints/repeat work that comes with them.
