Hi, my vehicle was damaged by a VM van reversing into it in April 2022, I now have solicitors calling me instructed on my behalf (who knew) by Enterprise hire and my insurance company because they have not been able to recover their costs. Can someone please advise me who I can call as this is an unnecessary stress I do not need, as they are potentially asking me to attend court if not resolved.
