I've had a complaint open for a number of months now and had no actual response. I understand everyone's pretty much up against the barrel at this point, but when would it be reasonable to forward this complaint to the relevant complaints management service or regulator? Under normal circumstances, it'd be about two months - but these aren't normal circumstances.
I've had a letter saying 'Yes we have your complaint, we'll get back within a few weeks' and nothing since. That was likely a semi-automated response and I don't think many of the complaints team may be working at the moment - but this is a longer standing service complaint so... I'm a bit lost at what I can do now.
