Hi I have been waiting since the 7th October for my internet and TV to be installed and I still have not got it I'm on the phone a lot and no one will give me a straight answer. I have emailed the construction team myself aswell as virgin emailing them and had no response from them can someone please help
I have not received delivery of the new unit promised, I am a new client. Virgin Media must be the worst company I HAVE EVER dealt with. Impossible to contact, left on the phone for 50 minutes then went blank. I am trying to cancel, I cannot get hold of anyone.
