New badge

‘Congratulations you’ve won a new badge ‘ . Oh wow , I’d much prefer if my query was answered quickly and efficiently, badges mean nothing to me , how do Virgin believe people will be somehow proud to achieve some form of meaningless recognition. How about reintroducing English call centres and open and easily accessible communication methods.

how about customer paying what it would cost to maintain a UK call centre for the volume of customers VM has. Or bring back premium-rate numbers for CS

Thanks for your reply i appreciate it , this forum is a fine thing , my late payment charge issue was dealt with quickly and resolved to my satisfaction. I would heartily recommend this method of communication to any vm user .
