My post had been deleted

My post asking how to report bad driving, was deleted. How can I report bad driving and start the process of an insurance claim if I can't get in touch with anyone at Virgin Media and my questions are deleted?

Re: My post had been deleted

Thanks apcyberax. I don't think the police can sort out insurance claims. No one was hurt and there are no witnesses, so there's not much they can do. I have asked them to check CCTV, but it's a long shot 😕

In summary, they may not even follow up on the report.

then you might be out of luck. if there is nothing for the police to go on then there isn't much VM is likely to do

Re: My post had been deleted

one of the reasons i have one.
Your word against someone else is a stalemate. And if the police are not worried VM are not going to admit fault of a driver and have to pay up though insurance
