I’m getting work done and want the modem moved to the front of house instead of in unsightly area in my dining. Can this be done? There is access under the house for cables?

Providing there's a way of getting the co-ax cable run to your chosen new location, then VM can make the required amendments to your cabling for a flat cost of £25.

You can book that tech visit by calling in on the usual faults number. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
