Re: Moving house, can I take my Virgin with me?

I was hoping for a more comprehensive answer. Maybe I should have added more.

I assume it depends upon whether Virgin is already in the house I'm buying.

I want to take all my Virgin package with me including phone, broadband and TV.

I would need to know an idea of timescale for it to happen as my son is working from home and needs broadband.

You posted your question in the 'chatter' area of the community, which is no not an area that will attract Virginmedia staff responses.

Your best option would be to call customer services and select the thinking of moving option.   They should be able to advise you re availability at the target address.

The numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).
