Hi I cancelled my virgin broadband and phone contract due to the lack of service received. However today the 30 days notice was up and my landline has gone off. I have just been advised that I have lost my number of 28 years. I wasn’t made aware of this when I cancelled the contract. I have been advised that I can reinstate my original contract with virgin or a rolling contract for a month and will have my landline number re Instated. Is that correct ?? If not what’s the best way to get it back as I am really disappointed that I wasn’t informed that I will be losing it.
