I think I have read in the past on here that the live chat feature appears/disappears as a contact option depending on staff availability to respond to it. Some recent posts on here have mentioned live chat pushing the customer over to WhatsApp part way through waiting.

Live chat is down down. I wouldn't bother with WhatsApp. I used it last week and the conversation went on over two days because it kept on loosing contact with the operator and then taking up to an hour to connect with a new person 😤. Talk about a total waste of my time!
