Landline number lost

We are moving our phone number over to a VoIP provider the move was meant to happen today our line stopped working at around 10 am this morning 30/06/20 but Sipgate are still waiting for the go from virgin side

We still haven't received the go-ahead from Virgin Media - we'll be in touch as soon as we have.

I'll give them a little nudge now to see what's going on.
